You must have a USB Stick.
The video will tell you to choose MRB.. Keep the default GPT setting under partition scheme.
Once the you have completed everything in the video, restart your PC, boot from your USB and follow the installation process. You will lose all data on your drive and USB so make sure to backup important files and move them to another drive.
